Admission Procedure

Pupils applying for admission are as rules subjected to a test.

No pupils less than 5.5 years and more than 6.5 years will be admitted to class I. For the Next higher classes add one year to each class.

No pupil will be admitted without a transfer certificate from the last school attended and in no case shall a student be permitted to attend classes pending formal admission.

A pupil joining in the college for the first time must produce satisfactory evidence of his / her date of birth. Such as an extract from the Municipal or Village records or a Baptismal Certificate.

The date of birth of a Student once entered will not be changed. The parents/guardian will have to sign an undertaking to this effect (percir No. 110/7-1(5)1081-82 dated 15th oct. 1981 of the inspector of the schools, Lucknow.)

The transfer Certificate of a pupil joining from a school outside UP must be counter signed by the educational Authorities of the District in which the previous school is situated.
When a pupil is admitted on a transfer certificate he/she shall not be placed in any class higher than that for which the Certificate show him/her to be qualified, nor will he/she be promoted before the end of the academic year.
Student seeking admission to Std.XI must fulfill the following requirements.

The candidate is required to fill a registration form immediately after the declaration of the CBSE results.

The selection is done strictly on the basis of merit i.e marks obtained in the CBSE Examination plus the marks obtained in the interview.

The candidate must appear for an interview before the selection Board along with his/her parents.

Only students obtaining minimum of 60% aggregate marks may seek admission to Science, average of 70% be obtained in Mathematics and Science, for P.C.M Group and 65% for P.C.B Group. Commerce with Hindi aggregate marks be obtained minimum 50% for commerce with Mathematics aggregate 60%, in Mathematics 70%. The final decision depends on the discretion of the Principal.

All our promoted K.G. students from the preparatory section of the college will be admitted to Std.I.
